Kintu

Kintu started a consistent yoga practice in 2007 after several previous attempts and realizing the need to make healthier choices in her life in order to show up as a patient, kind and energetic mom to her toddlers. She found that the power yoga classes increased her energy, lifted her mood, and provided an inspiring community that became a support system. Since completing her first yoga teacher training program in 2008, she has embarked on a journey leading her to complete over 2000 hours of training in various traditions including Vinyasa Flow, Baptiste Power Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Yin Yoga and Isha Yoga. Kintu believes the practices of yoga and mindfulness have lifted her from a place of confusion to more clarity, as well as fulfillment and purpose in life. Kintu is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500‐hour level accreditation.

Kelsey

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I started a consistent yoga practice in late 2022 during a time when I felt lost and was searching for healing and community. Through both the physical and meditative aspects of my practice, I discovered greater confidence, unwavering self-love, strength, and effective tools for easing anxiety and stress. In 2024, I became a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, which was truly life-changing for me. Whether on or off my mat, I am passionate about empowering others on their own yoga journey. In my free time I love to travel, read, and spend time with my corgi & cats. I’m also a huge Swiftie! I can’t wait to see you on your mat!

Cassie

Meet Cassie, she started yoga to work through an injury but ended up getting so much more. Yoga has given her the tools to show up in all aspects of life as a better partner, sister, daughter, friend and employee. Yoga has taught her the power of moving meditation and using breath to regulate her emotions. It gave her the strength to push through challenges on and off the mat and the confidence to know when to slow down and approach with more ease.

Cassie blends dynamic flows, challenging sequences, and just the right amount of humor to keep you smiling through the burn. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, Cassie is here to guide you toward your best self. Get ready to flow, sweat, and shine!

Robin

Hi, I’m Robin! I first came to yoga looking for a way to improve my physical fitness. What I didn’t expect was how much it would transform my life. Through consistent practice, meditation, and self-inquiry, yoga became more than just exercise—it became a path to a calmness and balance that I was not expecting to find.

Inspired by the profound changes I experienced, I completed my 200-hour teacher training to deepen my practice. That’s when I realized I wanted to share this journey with others and help them discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga for themselves.

Outside of yoga, I love backpacking and running—activities that remind me of the importance of resilience, mindfulness, and being in the moment. I look forward to helping you explore all that yoga has to offer!

Megan

With over 20 years of personal practice, Megan brings a heartfelt, experience-rich approach to teaching yoga. Her journey began with a prenatal class while expecting her first child, sparking a lifelong connection to the practice. Megan draws from a wide range of yoga traditions, offering classes that blend breath, movement, music, mantra, and storytelling to nourish both body and mind. With a strong background in group fitness, she brings vibrant energy and deep presence to every class—inviting students to move, breathe, and reconnect with their personal power.

Eva

Eva earned her RYT 200 certification at Starfit Yoga in 2025, inspired by the way yoga leaves her feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to herself. She works in communications for a nonprofit supporting local students and is passionate about helping others experience the same sense of balance and well-being through yoga.

When she's not on the mat, you'll find her outdoors - swimming, biking, scuba diving, hunting for shark teeth at the beach, or cruising the Intracoastal on her jet ski. She's currently working on mastering arm balances and believes there's always something new to learn, both in yoga and in life.

Greysun

Inspired by the way yoga helps her get out of her head and reconnect with her body, Greysun completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Starfit in November 2025.

Outside the studio, Greysun enjoys reading, spending time with their boyfriend, playing games on their Nintendo Switch, and hanging out with her two cats. She loves sharing the joy of yoga and helping others deepen their connection to themselves, both on and off the mat.

Dedric

Hello, I'm Dedric Holmes!

Yoga has complemented my life over the past 10 years—two years as a student and the last eight as a teacher who loves to unroll his mat and flow with my students. With over 24 years of experience in nonprofit management and youth development, I have always had a heart for building community. Yoga gives me the opportunity to impact both my life and the lives of my students through guided flows that focus on using our breath to overcome challenges and thrive both on and off the mat.

I have recently taken on the Executive Director position at the Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association. You'll find me playing golf, skiing, traveling, or watching the Nevada Wolf Pack in my free time. I'm passionate about spending time with my family and promoting diversity. Yoga teaches me to let go, create space, and practice forgiveness.

Chris

In her classes, Chris creates a fun, inviting, and balanced atmosphere incorporating mindfulness, breathing techniques, physical strength, and flexibility. She took her first yoga class at the gym when she was seeking the physical benefits of yoga. She immediately found herself on a path to learn more about the philosophy and spiritual aspects of yoga.

Chris decided to become a yoga instructor with the intention of deepening her own practice but more importantly, because she felt drawn to share the transformative power of yoga with others. She has been teaching yoga for over 12 years now and finds it very rewarding. In pursuing her purpose to help others, Chris also became a Reiki III practitioner and sound therapist. She enjoys leading workshops and helping people on their journey to healing.

Barbara

I am a 200RYT certified yoga teacher currently leading classes in Jacksonville, FL.   I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and am happy and grateful to share its numerous benefits with others.  When I started practicing yoga years ago, I immediately fell in love with the mental and physical benefits it provided.  The importance of exercise and movement has always been a big part of my life, and the yoga practice was a perfect compliment to my workout routine, both physically and mentally. I found my passion in yoga and wanted to share it with others.
In 2021, I retired from a successful mortgage career, and was able to pursue my goal of becoming a yoga teacher, leading students in a wide range of yoga styles including vinyasa flow, gentle all-level accessible, intense yoga+HIIT, and senior groups in modified flow and chair assisted yoga.
I am so happy and grateful to be able to share the numerous benefits of yoga with others.  When off the mat, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Matt. We love traveling and being active together, as well as quiet downtime at the pool or beach.

Corina

I fell in love with yoga when I  began steadily practicing in 2022. My passion and belief that movement is medicine and motion is healing for the mind, body and soul led me to become a yoga instructor.

I received my 200h RYT certification based in Baptiste power yoga in 2024.  Off of my mat I am also a physical therapist specializing in geriatric rehabilitation.  I also love being outdoors, dancing, cooking/baking, reading and connecting with my community.  I am thrilled to share my love for yoga with all of you.  Can’t wait to meet you on your mat!

Natalia

Natalia was born and raised in Russia and has been interested in exercising and particularly in yoga for over 15 years. Yoga has been an important part of her life and helped her become more flexible and balanced, inspiring to live each moment more mindfully, both on and off the mat.

After moving to the United States, Natalia decided to share her passion with other people and completed yoga teacher training in Multi style yoga (RYT 200 and RYT 300) and Restorative yoga. She especially enjoys practicing and teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Sculpt, Chair and Restorative yoga with her students.

Her classes emphasize the importance of breath and movement and focus on the breath to calm the mind while building physical strength and flexibility. Her classes are known to be both challenging and nurturing, leaving students feeling energized and renewed. She never stops learning new asanas and creating new sequences so she can better serve her students.
