ELEVATE builds on the practices and techniques from Empower and a 200 Hour YTT. You will embody the learning through skill work, practice facilitation, and self-discovery so you emerge as a genuine & natural leader and facilitator of impactful programs. Ignite your inner radiance, create a consistent practice that works with your body, and uncover your deepest calling. 

With successful completion of this program, you gain the confidence and skills to naturally facilitate programs, and present appropriate and effective yoga techniques based on the person, purpose and class at hand.

Elevate is based in the Baptiste Yoga Methodology, with inspiration from the Himalayan Institute, and Insight Yoga.
